This is How I Science - Christopher Lawrence

Christopher Lawrence hails from Louisville, Kentucky, and originally got into science because one of his friends worked in a lab, and having a space where you could do science and be outside of whatever was going on in life, was amazing to Christopher. He took an evolution course shortly after and was struck by the paradoxical nature of genetics and DNA evolution. Christopher attended Iowa State University, where he majored in Genetics and minored in Scientific Communication. Currently he is studying selfish genetic elements in butterflies and how they influence complex colors and behaviors.
