Invitrogen iBright Analysis Software – An introduction and overview of key analysis workflows

Accurate and efficient data analysis of protein targets is an integral part of the gel and western blot imaging workflow. Invitrogen iBright Analysis Software is an optimized software application designed to be utilized alongside an Invitrogen iBright Imaging System. This software provides unique features and options to streamline image analysis. In this demonstration, we’ll cover how to view and manage image files within the gallery, walk through general image adjustment (cropping, contrast, applying false color), image analysis (multi frame analysis, lane and band profiling, densitometry, molecular weight estimation), annotations, and generation of reports.
