Presented by Matt Poling, Product Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific Genome engineering technologies, such as CRISPR-Cas9 and TAL effector nucleases, have revolutionized genetic research and dramatically accelerated the pace of discovery with stem cell models. While knockout editing has garnered much of the attention, we have focused our efforts to build new tools for creating knock-in cell models in both immortalized cell lines and primary cells, such as T-cells and iPSCs. This presentation will highlight the latest improvements in gene editing tools, including advancement into preclinical research, and will demonstrate a new platform to design genome editing experiments.
