Passaging reagents for PSC culture

Dissocation of pluripotent stem cell (PSCs) can be achieved by different methods, including the use of either enzymatic or non-enzymatic reagents. Different workflows, including routine passaging, gene editing and stem cell differentiation, require varying degrees of dissociation.
